۱. ما که هستیم
اپلیکیشن Apply Abroad Lab توسط ApplyAbroadLab.com اداره میشود. این اپ به پژوهشگران فارسیزبان کمک میکند موقعیتهای تحصیلی و پژوهشی در خارج از کشور را پیدا و بررسی کنند.

۲. چه اطلاعاتی جمعآوری میکنیم
فقط اطلاعاتی که خودتان وارد میکنید. هیچ دادهای بدون اطلاع شما و بهصورت خودکار از دستگاهتان برداشته نمیشود.
برای ساخت حساب کاربری

اطلاعات اختیاری پروفایل
اینها را میتوانید وارد نکنید و اپ همچنان کار میکند:
- رشتهی تحصیلی
- مقطع تحصیلی فعلی و مقطعی که قصد اپلای برای آن را دارید
- شمارهی تلفن همراه
- نشانی پروفایل لینکدین
رشته و مقطع فقط برای این استفاده میشوند که موقعیتهای مرتبطتر به شما نشان داده شود.
پیامهایی که برای ما میفرستید
اگر از فرم تماس داخل اپ استفاده کنید، متن پیام و نشانی ایمیلتان ذخیره میشود تا بتوانیم پاسخ بدهیم.
نتیجهی ارزیابی رزومه
پاسخهای شما و امتیاز حاصل، فقط روی حافظهی دستگاه خودتان ذخیره میشود و به هیچ سروری فرستاده نمیشود. با حذف اپ، این اطلاعات هم پاک میشوند.
۳. چه چیزی جمعآوری نمیکنیم
- هیچ ابزار تحلیلی یا ردیابی رفتار کاربر در اپ وجود ندارد — نه Google Analytics، نه Firebase، نه هیچ ابزار مشابه
- موقعیت مکانی شما خوانده نمیشود
- به مخاطبین، عکسها، دوربین، میکروفون یا فایلهای شما دسترسی نداریم
- هیچ تبلیغی در اپ نمایش داده نمیشود
- شناسهی تبلیغاتی دستگاه شما خوانده نمیشود
۴. دادهها کجا نگهداری میشوند
اطلاعات حساب و پروفایل شما روی سرورهای Supabase در لندن، بریتانیا نگهداری میشود.
ارتباط بین اپ و سرور رمزنگاریشده است (HTTPS)، و دسترسی به دادهها با قواعد امنیتی سطح سطر محدود شده — یعنی هر کاربر فقط به اطلاعات خودش دسترسی دارد.
۵. با چه کسانی به اشتراک میگذاریم
با هیچکس.
اطلاعات شما را نمیفروشیم، اجاره نمیدهیم و در اختیار شرکتهای تبلیغاتی یا واسطه قرار نمیدهیم.
تنها استثنا Supabase است که سرویس میزبانی پایگاه داده را برای ما فراهم میکند و بهعنوان پردازشگر داده عمل میکند، نه مالک آن.
اگر قانونا موظف به ارائهی اطلاعاتی شویم — با حکم دادگاه یا مقام صالح — تا جایی که قانون اجازه بدهد به شما اطلاع میدهیم.
۶. چقدر نگه میداریم
تا زمانی که حساب شما فعال است. پس از درخواست حذف، ظرف حداکثر هفت روز کاری اطلاعاتتان از پایگاه داده پاک میشود.
پیامهای فرم تماس ممکن است تا یک سال برای پیگیری سوابق مکاتبه نگهداری شوند.
۷. حقوق شما
- دیدن اطلاعاتی که از شما داریم
- اصلاح آنها — بیشترشان مستقیم در صفحهی پروفایل قابل ویرایش است
- حذف کامل حساب و اطلاعات
- دریافت یک نسخه از اطلاعاتتان
برای هر کدام، به info@applyabroadlab.com ایمیل بزنید.
۸. حذف حساب
دو راه دارید:
- از داخل اپ: منو ← حساب من ← درخواست حذف حساب
- با ایمیل به info@applyabroadlab.com از همان نشانیای که با آن ثبتنام کردهاید
پس از تایید هویت، ظرف حداکثر هفت روز کاری حساب و تمام اطلاعات مرتبط با آن حذف میشود. نتیجهی ارزیابی رزومه چون فقط روی دستگاه شماست، با حذف اپ از بین میرود.
۹. کودکان
این اپ برای پژوهشگران و دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی ساخته شده و مخاطب آن افراد زیر ۱۶ سال نیستند. آگاهانه از کودکان اطلاعاتی جمعآوری نمیکنیم.
۱۰. تغییرات این سند
اگر این سند تغییر کند، تاریخ بالای صفحه بهروز میشود. اگر تغییر مهمی در نحوهی استفاده از اطلاعات شما رخ بدهد، پیش از اعمال آن اطلاع میدهیم.

- Who we are
The Apply Abroad Lab app is operated by ApplyAbroadLab.com. It helps Persian-speaking researchers find and evaluate academic positions abroad.

- What we collect
Only what you enter yourself. Nothing is taken from your device automatically or without your knowledge.
To create an account
- Email address — to sign in and to reset your password
- Password — stored encrypted; we cannot read it
- Full name — shown in your account and used in correspondence
Optional profile information
The app works without these:
- Field of study
- Current degree level and the level you intend to apply for
- Mobile number
- LinkedIn profile URL
Field and degree are used only to show you more relevant positions.
Messages you send us
If you use the in-app contact form, your message and email address are stored so we can reply.
CV assessment results
Your answers and the resulting score are stored only on your own device and are never sent to any server. Deleting the app deletes them.
- What we do not collect
- No analytics or behavioural tracking of any kind — no Google Analytics, no Firebase, nothing equivalent
- We do not read your location
- We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or files
- The app shows no advertising
- We do not read your device advertising identifier
- Where your data is held
Account and profile data is stored on Supabase servers in London, United Kingdom.
Traffic between the app and the server is encrypted (HTTPS), and access is restricted by row-level security rules, so each user can reach only their own record.
- Who we share it with
Nobody.
We do not sell, rent or pass your data to advertisers or brokers.
The one exception is Supabase, which hosts the database on our behalf and acts as a data processor, not an owner.
If we are legally compelled to disclose information, we will tell you where the law permits.
- How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active. After a deletion request, your data is removed from the database within seven working days.
Contact-form messages may be retained for up to one year as a record of correspondence.

- Correct it — most fields are editable directly in the profile screen
- Delete your account and data entirely
- Receive a copy of your data

- Deleting your account
Two ways:
- In the app: Menu → Account → Request account deletion
- By email to info@applyabroadlab.com from the address you registered with
Once your identity is confirmed, the account and all associated data are deleted within seven working days. CV assessment results live only on your device and are removed when you delete the app.
- Children
This app is built for researchers and graduate students and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
- Changes to this policy
If this document changes, the date at the top is updated. If a change materially affects how your data is used, we will tell you before it takes effect.
