پیش‌نیازهای اپلای پوزیشن
Requires a doctoral degree in a quantitative discipline - statistics, applied mathematics, machine learning, signal processing, robotics or a closely related field - held at the time of appointment, plus demonstrated experience in statistical modelling or machine learning for regression or distribution estimation, time-series or signal processing, and proficiency in Python. Two selection rules narrow the field: "Applicants with doctoral degrees that have been awarded no more than 3 years prior to the application deadline are to be considered first", and the applicant may not previously have held a postdoctoral position for more than one year in the same subject at the same institution. On language the advert is explicit and unusually helpful: "Working proficiency in English required. It is not necessary to be familiar with the Swedish language." Listed as desirable rather than required: a valid driving licence and willingness to make site visits in harsh underground conditions - worth noting because a non-EU licence generally cannot be exchanged in Sweden and must be re-taken. Only documents written in Swedish, English, Norwegian or Danish can be reviewed.
