حذف حساب کاربری — Apply Abroad Lab
اگر حساب کاربری خود را در اپلیکیشن Apply Abroad Lab دارید و میخواهید آن را حذف کنید، دو راه دارید.
از داخل اپلیکیشن
منو ← حساب من ← درخواست حذف حساب
پس از تایید، درخواست شما ثبت میشود.
با ایمیل
اگر اپ را پاک کردهاید یا به آن دسترسی ندارید، از همان نشانی ایمیلی که با آن ثبتنام کردهاید به این آدرس ایمیل بزنید:
در متن ایمیل بنویسید که میخواهید حسابتان حذف شود. درخواست از نشانی دیگری پذیرفته نمیشود، چون تنها راه ما برای اطمینان از هویت شماست.
چه چیزی حذف میشود
- نشانی ایمیل و رمز عبور شما
- نام، شماره تماس و نشانی لینکدین
- رشته و مقطع تحصیلی ثبتشده در پروفایل
چه چیزی باقی میماند
پیامهایی که از طریق فرم تماس فرستادهاید، تا یک سال بهعنوان سابقهی مکاتبه نگهداری میشوند، ولی دیگر به حساب شما متصل نیستند.
نتیجهی ارزیابی رزومه فقط روی دستگاه خودتان ذخیره شده و هرگز به سرور ما فرستاده نشده. با پاک کردن اپ از بین میرود.
چقدر طول میکشد
حداکثر هفت روز کاری. پس از حذف، از طریق ایمیل به شما اطلاع داده میشود.
این کار برگشتپذیر نیست. اگر بعدا خواستید برگردید، باید حساب تازهای بسازید.

Account Deletion — Apply Abroad Lab
If you have an account in the Apply Abroad Lab app and want it deleted, there are two ways.
In the app: Menu → Account → Request account deletion
By email: Write to info@applyabroadlab.com from the address you registered with, saying you want your account deleted. Requests from a different address cannot be accepted — it is the only way we can confirm who you are.
What is deleted: your email address and password, your name, phone number and LinkedIn URL, and the field and degree level recorded in your profile.
What is kept: messages sent through the contact form are retained for up to one year as a record of correspondence, but are no longer linked to your account. CV assessment results are stored only on your own device and were never sent to our servers; deleting the app removes them.
How long it takes: up to seven working days. You will be notified by email once it is done.
This cannot be undone. If you return later, you will need to create a new account.
